Otro par de vistas del edificio desde el patio central. Este patio central no solo respeta la arquitectura vernácula del edificio original, sino que también es clave para ofrecer ventilación e iluminación natural a todos los departamentos.

Current distribution of the building where the apartments will be built. Currently an abandoned house most likely built in the 1940-50s. This project aims not only to build affordable and social housing for the Barrio of Analco, it will also rescue, conserve and adapt the existing building, classified with some level of historic relevance.

One of the features we really like about this property is the entrance door. This door will be respected, restored and repainted to ensure it keeps its original essence. The objective of the whole project is to maintain as much as possible of the original property!
