👷♂️ Site Manager (Full Time – Yearly Renewable Contract)
✏️ Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor construction progress to ensure project program/schedules are on time.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Proper planning on resources and individual responsibilities
• Prepare and update work programmes on a timely basis
• Prepare stage claim and monthly progress report for management review
• Monitoring and presentation of other related site reports
- Weekly Progress Planning Report
- Weekly and Monthly Work Programme
- Weekly Health, Safety & Environment Report
- Weekly PR1MA CMC Progress Report
- Monthly Contractor Management Consultant (CMC) Report
- Laporan Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues and discrepancies between structure and architecture drawings
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team and feedback to management
• Conduct/attend meetings with project teams, sub-contractors and clients
• Manage any other ad-hoc issues to ensure smooth operation at site
✏️ Job Requirements:
• At least Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Engineering(Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent
• At least 5 years of similar experience in construction and development industry, preferably with knowledge in QS and sub-con claims
• Well verse with architectural, structural, m & e/ infra structural drawing
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AUTOCAD
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and organize work team
• Available to work overtime as required
• Registered with CIDB
Work Location: Junjung, Kulim, Kedah D.A.
Working Hours: 6-days work (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Monthly Salary: Commensurate with qualification & experience
