Contoh :

Contoh value tanah status asal pertanian RM2M , lepas tukar status kepada Industri value jadi RM5M.

Cara kira conversion rate antara 20% - 30% bergantung kepada approval.

Kiraan base on harga industri bukan pertanian.

RM5,000,000 x 20% = RM1,000,000

Selalu owner nak jual tanah zoning Industri tp status agriculture dgn harga tinggi mcm harga industri.Owner kena faham cost conversion yg bakal di tanggung buyer tak murah.
