Your duties are related to marketing, customer service and relations, prospecting. Your primary responsibility is Cold-Calling over the phone.

You should have prior experience in sales or marketing, and be comfortable with cold-calling, identifying new prospects, and basic business analysis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handling online leads enquiries in real-time and conversion of sales.
• Provide property info to customers online & offline
• Perform tele-consultation and maintain regular customer base.
• Achieve assigned sales / KPI quota in business region
• Need to build strong relationships with customers to fully understand the customer needs & objective.
• Support in company activities, marketing campaign, roadshows as and when needed.
• Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer’s enquiry, scheduling appointments.
REQUIREMENT:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, in any field. If you have any Property Industry background, this will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about Property Industry.
• Working in Property industry or Telemarketing / Telesales / In-house sales will be an advantage.
• Experience Sales representative in the Property industry will be an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduates who are passionate in sales are encouraged to apply
• Possess skills and experience in creative content writing, communication and persuasive skills.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota will be an advantage.
• Mandarin is required to handle Mandarin customer (Written & Spoken)
• Hostel accommodation is provided for outstation candidates.
