最近看到一个很有意思的新闻——政府正在考虑在火车站上方建房子。没错，就是把住宅盖在车站“上面”，甚至包括车站周边一起发展，目标是减轻城市交通的拥堵问题。

首相安华说，这是效仿国外“公交导向发展”（TOD）的概念，让人们住得靠近公共交通，上下班就不需要再开车了。听起来确实很有逻辑，也很理想。

但这个想法一出，马上就出现两个阵营的声音。

有人说，这种做法非常聪明，节省时间、减少塞车，又环保。如果住家楼下就是地铁或火车站，通勤肯定超级方便，何乐而不为？

但也有人提出疑问：住在火车轨道上方，真的舒服吗？火车经过的震动和噪音要怎么解决？安全方面有没有保障？加上过去公共设施规划常常缺乏维护，让人不禁担心这会不会只是另一个“理想喊话”。

而我更好奇的是：你会想住在火车站上面吗？

这样生活是不是太便利？还是太吵了？你认为政府应不应该优先推行这种模式，还是该先提升现有的公共交通服务质量？
