S’marak Properties was amongst the first 600 real estate firms that were set up back in the day [E(3)0584]. Karam Singh ran S'marak Properties on his own until 2018 when his wife, Rani Kaur, retired from the corporate field to join forces to build the business portfolio

Today, S’marak Properties has a team of 20 motivated real estate negotiators spanning Selangor & Kuala Lumpur, specializing in sub-sale and rentals, commercial and residential projects as well as new development niche sales. It aims to further expand into other property segments like developer projects in the near future.
