Our defect findings are evaluated in accordance with the Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2021) and the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC), as established by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

Hello Owner Rumah!

Baru dapat kunci rumah? Tapi taktahu nak mula dari mana? Kami mengesyorkan supaya anda buat dulu pemeriksaan kecacatan di rumah baru anda. Ini dapat memanfaatkan Tempoh Liabiliti Kecacatan ataupun Defect Liability Period (DLP) yang telah diberikan oleh pihak PEMAJU selama 24 bulan.

Erti kata lain. Kalau anda masuk rumah baru, tetapi banyak kecacatan seperti retakan pada dinding, kemasan cat tak kemas, tingkap gagal untuk berfungsi dengan elok, kesan kebocoran dan lain-lain. Anda boleh submit laporan kepada pemaju dan segala kerja-kerja pembaikan akan ditanggung oleh pihak Pemaju.
Tapi, DLP ini hanya 24 bulan. Jadi, kalau boleh harini dapat kunci tu, terus buat house defect inspection. Lagi cepat siap defect, lagi cepat boleh ubahsuai rumah untuk diduduki.
Harga inspection? PERCAYALAH. BERBALOI. Harga kami bermula dengan RM 650.00 untuk rumah landed. Apa anda akan dapat?
