PENGENALAN

Firma ini mula beroperasi sejak 1hb November 1996, dipelopori oleh Hj. Musa, selaku Principal/ Juruukur Tanah Berlesen, yang sebelum ini berpengalaman lebih dari 17 tahun dalam bidang `Ukur Tanah' khasnya Ukuran Kadaster dan To

pografi. Beliau juga adalah bekas Timbalan Pengarah Ukur Topografi Semenanjung Malaysia di Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Malaysia dan Juruukur Daerah Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur. Maideen Mustafah Ismail, PJK, menyertai Firma ini selaku Principal/ Juruukur Tanah Berlesen bagi Zon Pantai Timur (Terengganu), dimana beliau berpengalaman lebih dari 18 tahun dalam bidang yang sama. Beliau juga adalah bekas Timbalan Pengarah dari Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Malaysia bagi Negeri Terengganu. KHIDMAT KAMI

Kami telah beroperasi dan menjalankan Perkhidmatan Kerja-kerja Ukur Tanah dan Perundingan hampir melebihi 15 tahun dengan memiliki pengalaman Ukur Tanah yang sangat luas melaksanakan projek-projek terhadap hampir melebihi 50 buah Organisasi dan Agensi Kerajaan, Badan Berkanun, Firma-firma Pembinaan dan juga Syarikat-syarikat Swasta. Ditubuhkan sejak November 1996, kami telah berada di pasaran Perundingan dan Ukur Tanah dan Pemetaan untuk hampir melebihi 15 tahun dengan Pengalaman Kerja Ukur dan Projek bagi hampir melebihi 50 buah Agensi Kerajaan, Badan Berkanun, Pertubuhan, Sektor Swasta, Korporat dan Syarikat-syarikat Persendirian. Kami juga mempunyai Alatan Ukur Tanah, Perkakasan dan Perisian yang terkini, agar dapat menyempurnakan Kerja-kerja Ukur mengikut Jadual, tepat dan berkualiti. Buat masa kini, operasi Pejabat kami terletak di Ampang, Selangor dan di Pantai Timur, Terengganu, Semenanjung Malaysia. [ HOW TO RESEARCH FOR LAND ONLINE IN MALAYSIA ]

1) Hardware
a) Desktop PC/ Mac.
b) Laptop PC/ Mac.
c) Good and stable internet line.

2) Software
a) Internet Browser - Recommended 'Google Chrome'.
b) Google Earth - Download & Install.

3) Info to Search
a) In browser or Google Earth, search for nearest known popular landmark, and then scroll to the said required location.
b) Use mouse to pan to the desired location.

4) [ TUTORIAL ]
a) Searching for a piece of land, in an area of Sungai Siput, Perak.
b) Identify the said info;
i) nearest location given.
ii) approximate distance from location.
iii) land drawings or sketches.

7) open JUPEM website.. https://www.jupem.gov.my/ .. click "portal rasmi Jabatan Ukur".
8) or open this link.. https://www.jupem.gov.my/ebiz/Cadastral.aspx?Tab=1
9) enter info being search
10) if lot number not found.. try search for other nearby lots given by info.
11) if the search lot have no info.. meaning either the lot does not exist or still under "process" to be allocated into JUPEM database.
12) for more info about lot/ land found in research, please refer to nearby "District Land Office" near the said location for more inquiry.
13) if on reasearch, there is already lot no., mukim, daerah and negeri provided.. if in need to find out "ownership" of the said land.. please refer to nearest "District Land Ofiice" near the said location for "Carian Rasmi".
