1. Residence’s Liability will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for any loss,damage, or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guestrooms. The Residence is not liable for any items kept in the in-room. 2. Smoke free policy. The Residence’s rooms and internal areas are non-smoking. Non-adherenceto our Smoke Free Policy will result in a “Room Recovery Fee” of RM300.00, to be borne by the guest concerned. 3. Check in/Check out policy Check in time is 1600hrs, and check out time is 1200hrs. Early check in or late check out is subject to room availability. Guests extending their stay until 1800hrs will incur a half day room charge. Stays exceeding 1800hrs will incur a full day rate charge. The Residence reserves the right to enter the room if a stay extension has not been approved. 5. RM100.00 (Cash) will be collected upon check in 5. I fully understand the Residence charges policy and acknowledge that I am personally liable for payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay. Should the person, company or agent as indicated by me fail to make payment, I agree to settle all charges in full BEFORE departing the residence. Any lost or non-returned room key card will incur a charge of RM250.00 each. Should any damages or evidence of smoking be found in the room, the residence reserves the right to charge my credit card/debit card or invoice me for the amount to fix the damage AFTER checkout.
