Dear Residents of Block B,

Please be inform that water tank cleaning work will be commencing at the block B roof top tanks this morning. Therefore water supply at block B will be interrupted the whole of today.

In addition to that, there is leakage found on the rooftop tank which require immediate action as well. After the tank cleaning is done, we will call the contractors to fix the leakage at the tank.

We would like to advise residents to store adequate water at home for usage. Residents at Block B also may use our common area washroom (beside gym room) for any emergency purpose.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your patience towards the above matter. Rest assured that we will strive to ensure that the tank cleaning and leakage repair works go smoothly.

As usual we have stationed our technician at site for 24hrs monitoring. Kindly contact our MO office/Building Manager @ 011-70742402 if you need further assistance.

Dear residents, kindly take note of the cleaning schedule notice for Block A and Block B water tanks.

Dear all residents of A'Marine.

First of foremost, we would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by water disruptions which occurred at Block A on the 20/2/2024.

FYI, we scheduled for water tank cleaning at Block A on 20/2/2024. Therefore water supply was stopped at Block A to allow water tank cleaning works to proceed.

However, at 7.30am, while the contractor was releasing water from roof top water tank, the drain pipe for the water flow burst and water was discharged at the gym area. Immediately we closed the water flow from the tank.

At this point, water level for the tank was at 1/3 level. However, the pipe burst needed to be attended to as soon as possible. We requested our pipe contractor to fix the burst pipe. They were only able to get the pipe materials late in the evening.

The pipe has been fixed last night at 8.30pm and allowed to dry for 6 hours. The water tank cleaning contractor will resume the roof top tank cleaning work at 6am (21/2/2024) and targeted to complete by 5pm this evening. Once completed we will open up the main inlet pipe.

We sincerely request your patience on this matter as we are striving hard to rectify the matter. Thank you for your continue support and we will keep update on the progress of the above work from time to time.

A new property management company has taken over since the 1st of May 2023. There is no change in processes at the moment. You can continue to reach the management office at the same email address and phone number.

All residents take note of power disruption on the 25th of January which is expected to last from 11am to 3pm due to maintenance activities by TNB.
