I'm also offering new scheme *Rent to Own* for 5 years to potential buyer of these houses considering maybe the buyer need more time to get loan approved. With overall design concept, 9 lakes, 3.5km jogging/bicycle track, landscape with various theme, etc. and couple with major catalyst that have completed (MRT Kajang, direct road to Bangi, Tesco Bandar Seri Putra, etc) and going to complete (widening road to Lekas, neighborhood mall in Setia Eco Hill, private school, Setia Eco Hill club house, Eco Majestic commercial development, biggest AEON mall in Msia in Nilai, SP Setia development of adjacent land in 2019, HSR in Putrajaya, etc). this development is on track to become a great place to call home, raise family and potential capital appreciation.
