（这7种人，永远买不到房）

一、永远觉得房价还会跌的

这类人是在等待奇迹会发生的梦中人！天天就在盼望崩盘，最好是开发商把房子都造好了再倒贴给他，都想自己占便宜。其实，抄底的心态压根就不可取。因为再高明的房地产分析师也没有能力预判房价最低点在哪里，真正的“底部”永远在以前。

二、永远总是慢人一拍的

看房的时候，这好那也好，但是一到关键时候就磨磨唧唧，当断不断，犹犹豫豫，总是等机会过去了再懊悔的人。尤其身处吉隆坡一线城市的购房者，这点对他们来说更是硬伤。由于市场需求基数庞大，很多好的房源稍纵即逝。所以说：当断不断，必受其乱。

三、永远总是看而不买的

这类人不是不想买，而是总想多看几套，结果一看就不可收拾，房子总是越建越好，价格却也越升越高，好不容易看好了一套一问价格傻了，怎么和我当初看的价格差这么多呢？市场在不断变化，要考虑选择的机会成本。

四、永远不相信中介的

这类人永远都以自己为中心，宁可自己负天下人，也不能天下人负我！世界上没有纯为人民服务的开发商也没有永远坦诚的中介，毕竟大家都是做生意要吃饭的，关键是你怎么去看怎么去对待！黑心开发商和黑中介目前确实存在，但并不代表整个市场环境都糟糕。

五、永远相信专家的话

永远相信专家的话，只要专家一说会跌，就开始认专家爹。孰不知那些天天喊房价要跌的专家，其实一边在喊跌一边却在到处抄底，试问下哪位专家不都是有好几套房子？如果说房价靠那些整天就知道吹牛皮的“砖家”就能跌下来，你信吗？该出手时就出手吧！

六、永远等房价跌到谷底的

这类人就跟炒股票一样，天天在等抄底，可是又有几个能知道谷底在哪呢？先前说过，最好的专业研究人员也不可能预判市场“底部”在哪里。能买到底价房的概率和中彩票特等奖的几率大致相当，大可不必等抄底。

七、总想买十全十美房子的

这类人往往口袋里都没几个钱，所以总想把钱用在刀刃上！实际上谁也没见过十全十美的房子！想要市中心的位置，景区房的环境，六环外的价格，这可能吗？地段、价格与居住环境三者不可能兼得，都想得到的结果必然是什么也得不到。
