PANDUAN BELI APARTMENT

1. Beli apartment yang tak lebih dari 500 unit dalam satu bangunan. Semakin padat kediaman, semakin banyak masalah yang akan datang.

2. Elakkan beli unit yang bawah sekali, risiko kecurian dan kebersihan susah dikawal nanti.

3. Semakin tinggi kita beli semakin rendah tekanan air nanti. Jika tiada pam air. Dekat dengan rumah pam akan bising seanjang malam.

4. Beli apartment yang status tanahnya kediaman dan bukan komersial. Bil utiliti, bayaran pengurusan jadi tinggi jika beli yang komersial nanti.

5. Jika dapat setiap tingkat tak lebih dari 10 unit rumah, semakin banyak rumah semakin banyak masalah aras tersebut.

6. Semak tahap keselamatan ada berapa peringkat, sebaiknya tak kurang dari 3 peringkat.

7. Pastikan apartment kita yang ada 3 bilik dan 2 bilik air jangan beli yang kurang dari itu. Ia baik untuk pelaburan masa depan.

8. Jangan beli yang rendah silingnya, sebaiknya lebih dari 8'kaki tinggi. Bila pasang kipas agar tak putus jari jemari.

9. Pastikan ada ruang ampaian yang sesuai, takkan baju nak hantar dobi dan sidai diruang tamu.

10. Jangan ambik unit dekat lif, kawasan lift selalu bising dan tempat pertemuan seluruh dunia.

11. Beli dari pemaju yang terkenal dan ada nama, jangan beli yang baru nak buat kali pertama. Lawat projek lepas mereka, kualitinya bagaimana?

12. Semakin banyak fasiliti yang disediakan semakin baik, ada ruang gym, dewan, library dan ruang kahwin lagi.

13. Pelan yang bagus ada dua zone ruang, satu ruang tamu, makan dan dapur, satu lagi zone privacy iaitu bilik kita dan keluarga

14. Pastikan dapat parking, jika dapat 2 parking percuma lebih baik. Satu parking boleh disewakan bagi bawar duit selengara.

15. Jika dapat pilih yang ada balcony, supaya pengudaraan lebih baik dan selesa buat kita sekeluarga.

Selamat membeli kengkawan, jangan mudah putus asa. Cari sampai jumpa, lambakan apartment makin banyak hari ini.
