The Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) is your official pathway to become a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (REN) in Malaysia.
This mandatory course, set by BOVAEP (LPEPH), is required for anyone who intends to operate legally and professionally as a Real Estate Negotiator under a registered real estate agency.

📜 Certification Process
• NCC Certificate issued by BOVAEP (Soft Copy – PDF)
• Certificate emailed directly to participants
• Required document for REN application via your registered agency
• Optional Hard Copy Certificate available (Postage or Self-Collect)

To qualify for REN certification, participants must:
✅ Possess minimum SPM or equivalent
✅ Not be an undischarged bankrupt
Failure to meet these requirements may result in rejection by the Board.
