PELAMIN ANGANKU MAHAL
Isu ni mungkin sensitif sikit sebab kalau nak cerita, lain orang lain kemampuan dia. Lagi-lagi sekarang ni memang semua benda dah naik harga, dah mahal.

Kalau ikut orang sekarang, nak kahwin ni kena ada at least RM25-30K untuk tampung semua; hantaran, booking dewan, katering, photographer. Siapa yang dah settle kahwin masa PKP haritu, kira selamat lah.
Saya sendiri pernah jumpa klien yang banyak hutang, nak dekat RM80K. Salah satu dari hutang dia adalah personal loan RM30K, guna untuk belanja kahwin. Lepas kahwin, ada anak apa semua, struggle nak bayar balik bulan-bulan.

RM30K untuk belanja kahwin je, belum masuk hutang kad kredit, kereta dan personal loan lain lagi. Duit gaji pulak cukup-cukup makan, bila masanya nak settle hutang jahat?

Sebab tu penting untuk ada contigency plan. Bila satu tak jadi, sekurang-kurangnya kita dah ada pelan backup macam mana nak rebound balik dari masalah kewangan tu.

Alhamdulillah, lepas ikut cakap kami, klien kami tadi berjaya langsaikan hutang hampir RM80K dia dengan guna hartanah. Buat debt consolidation, slow-slow kurangkan komitmen, akhirnya layak beli rumah dan dapat cashback buat bayar hutang.
So, akhir kata dari saya:

- Sebelum berhutang, fikir masak-masak. Kasi khatam dulu beza hutang baik dan hutang jahat.

- Kalau terpaksa jugak buat hutang jahat, make sure anda dah ada plan kukuh untuk langsaikannya segera.

- Ukur baju ikut badan sendiri, lagi-lagi yang bakal pengantin ni. Kadang tu yang sederhana lebih sempurna.

Why are some people still facing this problem even though there are a lot of ways for you to get a second house? Do you know that if you’re paying more than RM3K for your current house, you are capable to own another house? Even better, you can pay for both houses for less than RM1k.

The reason these people never thought of getting a second house is that they do not have an unfair advantage. They usually:

> Worry about having to pay for the high monthly instalment when it comes to owning more than 1 property.

Jadi apa yang kita nampak dekat sini, perbezaan untuk pinjaman rumah bernilai

Ya, banyak pinjaman yang kita ada hari ini bakal naik lagi. Ramalan kita adalah kenaikan interest rate ini tak akan berhenti di sini saja untuk 24 bulan akan datang.

Kesimpluannya, beza orang yang ada dan tak ada unfair advantage adalah mereka yang ada unfair advantage akan jimat sebanyak 4 angka untuk setiap property.

Selagi anda tak ada unfair advantage dan tak faham macam mana nak guna strategi ini, anda akan bayar RM1,000 lebih untuk setiap property.
