First-homebuyers will receive full stamp-duty exemptions on loan and transfer documents for homes costing up to 500,000 ringgit under agreements signed from 2027 to 2030.

For homes priced above 500,000 ringgit and up to 750,000 ringgit, the first 500,000 ringgit will be fully exempt and the balance will receive a 50 per cent exemption.
