The present business premise is at No.97 & 97A, Jalan Chengal, Taman Makmur, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor. SSLRC (M) SB also has one subsidiary company know as Ban Lan Sdn Bhd which is doing the same business activities. SSLRC (M) SB now has been sitting on an approximately land bank of about 250 acres and been a solid and trustable company which has been building a great realiable brand in the market over the last 40 years. Our company expects its property development business to continue its growth momentum moving forward given the strong underlying demand as well as the various measures and policies implemented by the government to enable young Malaysian to have the opportunity to own their own home.
