【 #百格快讯】槟州地方政府、房屋事务和城乡规划事务委员会主席佳日星说，槟城政府将会落实禁止短期租屋（民宿）指南，而违例者会被市政厅执法人员对付。

由于州政府接获许多骚扰扰住宅区安宁的投诉，而最争议的就是高楼单位短期租屋或高楼民宿。

佳日星表示，他会在今日（4月27日）向州行政议会提呈建议。一旦落实这项指南，槟城将成为国内首个落实相关政策的州属。
