Admin would like thank all for the overwhelming request on the rental questions but unable to respond everyone. Hence, admin would like to list out some Q&A to ease everyone.

1. admin and the page not making any commission from the deal or charges.
2. admin would assist for whole unit rental only.
3. The rental period is minimum 6 months and above. We not accept short stay
4. We do not accept any overnight rent or room only rental.
5. every tenant are responsible to find out the house rules from the owner or management office to avoid any monetary fine or warning.
6. admin would post the rental info from time to time based on owner request.
7. admin would share tenant request in owner group. If any owner interested to rent, admin would exchange the contact of tenant and owner often both party agreement.
8. admin not responsible to any tenancy responsibility as this is a community service only.

This is a residential title Condominium. We prohibited any type of short rental below 6 months.

Kindly scan the MySehjatera each time before enter the lift lobby and use the sand sanitizer provided inside the lift. We urge the residents and visitor to follow the SOP to always wear face mask and stop not urgent visit to against the pandemic.
