今早听儿子说已被他岳母说服。交定金买了Taman Sri Nibong的公寓了。我心中不悦。他岳母是极会打算的人。可是什么时候轮到他来越俎代庖啊!😡

制造巧合,在餐厅见面,我单刀直入的质问她。

“很多槟城人在几年前买的房产都被套着了,你还要叫我儿子去买?”

“当时房价在最高峰。他们进场,当然无可避免的被套者。现在房子降价了,政府又免印花费。聪明人得在现在进场啊!”

他妈的,是讲我笨吗?🥵

“ 但房价还是高啊! ”我把声音提高。

“你在为难我儿子吧!”我语气不善。

“买房看价值,不是价钱。”

“什么价值?”

“离开Bayan Lepas FTZ工厂和Queensbay Mall 只有1公里。小两口都在工厂工作。比起现在要塞着车回威省,每天省下在马路上的时间就不少于3小时了!“
说着说着拿起把车油,过桥费,和小两口目前薪水的Per hour rate算起来。我暗地里抽了一口气,每个月倒进海里的钱还真不少。

“而且走路就可以到对面著名华文小学,我们以后带孙子轻松走路上学,不必受塞车之苦。”

“公寓后方有翠绿操场,空气清新。最重要的是公寓周围有各种槟岛小吃,以后你和我过去小住的时候就有口福了,呵呵。

哪有这么好的事,我带着怀疑继续问。

“这样个房子一定是很小,还是一定很贵吧。“

“两公婆nett disposable income RM4300就可以买了。1300sqf, 490sqf. “

我无语了。一家住在威省,屋子虽然大,可是却没有时间享受。孩子和媳妇在槟城FTZ工厂做工。总是说。迟早塞车要塞出病来了……😢
