* collect and deliver documents in between the company and other offices/authorities
* assist site supervision on behalf of or together with the project manager and provide updates to the management
* complete basic tasks as and when required upon instructions to ensure smooth running of the operations

Qualifications:
* SPM/SPVM/STPM certification

Requirement:
* Fluent in Chinese, Malay and English
* Must be able to read, write and speak in Chinese
* Good attitude with willingness to learn and grow with the company
* Able to use smart phone
* Organised and proactive

Job Type:
No experience needed

Working hours:
*Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
*Saturday (only when required)

Hey guys! Not sure if you've heard of the good news but let us share it out here - we finally got the CCC for our Ixora Business Centre two months ago! Finally, the wait is over!

We started the constructions on site early 2019 and never thought we'd enter into a global pandemic few months down the road. Progress was halted, things were delayed, everyone on the team was forced to adjusting to work under the new normal and thankfully we managed to pull through it.

So, a heartfelt thank-you to the whole project team, our contractors, consultants, buyers and other stakeholders as well as our future tenants who were willing to stick with us throughout the COVID uncertainties!
