Job Responsibility
Responsible for handling front desk duties, including greeting guests and answering the phone. Handle hotel booking guests, express check-in and check-out. And cash-handling responsibilities.
Provides courteous services to guests and responds promptly and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
Maintain customer service standards.
Requirements
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
Communicate well in both Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia, added additional languages an advantage
A full-Time position is available. Age from 18-35 Years old.
