Metro Cheras has been approved as the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project as it is truly close to the MRT Station (Line 1). This 31-stations well connected train line has been fully operating since July 2017. The total cashment population is 1.2million people with average of 250k passengers per day. Therefore, Metro Cheras will surely fetch good rental yield in future as existing properties that near to MRT stations now are in shortage and fetching a rental yield of 6% to 10% per annum.
