【如果房地产经纪人真的只是开门带看，为什么每年还有这么多人，做不到一年就离开？】

最近，我看到不少留言。

"房地产经纪人罢了，带看房、拍拍照，就拿 2-3% 佣金？"

老实说，我没有急着反驳。

因为如果没有真正接触过这个行业，大部分人都会这样想。

毕竟，我们平时看到的，都是成交的那一天。

却很少有人，看见成交之前发生了什么。

——

很多人以为，经纪人的工作就是：

放广告、带看房、谈价钱，然后成交。

听起来，好像真的不难。

但现实是……

真正花时间的，往往都不是成交，而是没有成交的那些日子。

陪客户看了十几二十间单位。

每个周末不停的塞车往外跑。

分析地点、Budget、Loan、未来发展可能。

最后客户一句："我再想想。"

一切，又回到原点。

这样的故事，在这个行业每天都在发生。

——

很多人只看到那 2-3%。

却没看到，我们先投入的 97%。

时间，是成本。

广告，是成本。

交通，是成本。

陪伴、跟进、沟通，也都是成本。

这些，不会因为最后没有成交，就有人帮你买单。

这就是自雇行业最真实的一面。

——

不过，我想说的，其实不是房地产。

而是所有服务业，都一样。

我们去餐厅吃饭。

去剪头发。

去买车。

去看医生。

甚至找律师、找会计师。

真正付费的，从来不是那几分钟的服务。

而是对方背后的经验、专业，还有承担责任的能力。

很多工作，看起来很简单。

不是因为它真的简单。

而是因为有人，把复杂的事情处理好了。

我一直相信一句话。

专业，是让事情完成。

价值，是让事情做好。

两者，看起来很像。

其实差很远。

——

所以，下次当我们觉得一个行业"收费很高"的时候。

不妨先问自己一个问题。

我们看到的，是整个过程？

还是只是最后那个结果？

很多价值，看不见。

很多付出，也不会写在账单上。

但正因为有人默默承担了这些。

事情，才能顺利完成。

——

所以，如果房地产经纪人真的只是开门带看。

这个行业，早就人人都发财了。

现实却是，每一年都有很多人加入。

也有很多人，因为撑不过那些没有收入、没有成交、没有人看见的日子，而选择离开。

这不是在诉苦。

只是想分享一个很多人不知道的行业现实。

因为无论房地产，还是任何服务业。

真正有价值的，从来不是最后那一刻。

而是别人看不见的时候，你依然愿意把每一个细节做好。

看见结果，很容易。

理解过程，才是真正的尊重。
