Mirage by the Lake is a gated and guarded development by Jelang Vista Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of OSK Property Holdings Bhd. The project is perched on the highest point in the Perdana Lakeview West precinct in Cyberjaya, by the Putrajaya Lake. There are 413 condominium units in the 2 low-rise blocks (not exceeding 10 storeys), and they cascade down towards the circle of 26 triple-storey lake villas, 39 double-storey link villas, and 3 garden villas. The lake villas open up into a lush and leafy wetland with walkways that encircles a saltwater pool. The high-rise blocks facing the villas are elevated by 3 levels at the base, offering the condominium units views that are over and above the rooftops of the villas. This also provides more privacy as it prevents looking directly into opposing units. These blocks are spread horizontally, mimicking a fan, with a continuous mezzanine level interspersed with trees and plants. The development also has eco-friendly initiatives such as rainwater harvesting and a system to recover treated stormwater, holding ponds, and sedimentation and bio-retention basins. Facilities wise, Mirage by the Lake has 2 clubhouses, a saltwater and lap pool, a sky gym and sky lounge, barbeque area, tennis courts, squash courts and multipurpose hall, amongst others. The architecture of the condominiums and villas are contemporary, with clean lines and subtle sophistication. The condominium’s built-ups range from 1,060 sq ft to 1,496 sq ft, while the double-storey link villas range from 2,455 sq ft to 3,428 sq ft. The most lavish of all are the circle of 3-storey lake villas, with built-ups of 4,496 sq ft to 4,736 sq ft.

Location
Mirage by the Lake is located within the gated and guarded Perdana Lakeview West enclave in Cyberjaya. This 65-acre residential precinct is also home to mansion lots and Summer Glades, a development of terrace houses. Sitting on the highest point in Perdana Lakeview West, Mirage by the Lake offers a great vantage point of the stunning Putrajaya Lake and the surrounding areas. Its location is close to the core of Cyberjaya, where the main commercial area and most of the amenities are located. The number of malls and eateries have also increased of late, offering more convenience to the residents. For recreation, there are bounds of activities at the Putrajaya Lake, while the Cyberjaya Lake Gardens has a scenic 1.6km loop for walking and jogging. Cyberjaya was once deemed merely as the country’s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) hub. Although it is tucked away in Sepang, the area has seen significant developments in terms of residential packages and infrastructure. While it is still quite a fair distance from other key areas in the Klang Valley and Greater Kuala Lumpur, it is well connected via a network of crossing highways such as the Maju Expressway (MEX Highway), Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP), and the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). In line with Cyberjaya’s initiative towards achieving low-carbon city status, most roads in Cyberjaya have bicycle lanes and walking paths, encouraging healthy and green lifestyles. Additionally, the upcoming Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya MRT 2 Line is expected to be completed by 2022, with stops in Cyberjaya City Centre and Cyberjaya North.
