Beware of these 3 lady tenants Ruchira Nasir, Zannatul Mawa, and Aaliyah Khan. They are Lim Kok Wing student. Bangladeshi nationality.

DO NOT ever lease your units to them. They have been blacklisted from TPCJ.

Damaged landlord's property and ran away. Even the deposit they gave isn't enough to cover what the poor landlord loss in restoring unit into a livable condition.

When landlord sent them letter of demand to asking them pay for the damages they inflicted on unit, they created a fake lie posting online saying Landlord threatened them and cheated them their deposit.

These are all made up lies by them. Trying to sell their pity story. It's a serious civil crime for defamation.

Damages they made:
1. 1x Room door has deep horizontal crack. Needs to be replaced, cannot be repaired.
2. Kitchen sink marble top has burnt marks and rust stains. Cannot be cleaned or repaired at all. Needs to be replaced.
3. 2x Mattresses totally unsuable. Black stains patches and mold growing. Cannot be cleaned, needs to be replaced.
4. 2x Room chairs full with dirty stains. Cannot be cleaned, needs to be replaced
5. Indah Water Konsortium utility bill not paid for whole year.
6. Air chiller/ cond not service for whole year. As per contract it needs to be serviced at least twice a year.
7. Lost 1x orignal access card. Return landlord a fake card which cannot be used.
8. Unit was in a total mess and dirty condition. Not same as clean condition when they took key. Dead cockroaches seen in kitchen cabinets and thick layer of dust/ dirt. Had to get professional cleaners to clean.
9. 1x induction cooker damaged. Hide it from landlord by keeping inside one of the cabinet. Needs to be replaced.
10. Room walls and hall walls have black dirty patches, looks like cigarette butt/ smoking stains. Whole unit needs to be repainted.
11. 5x light bulbs spoil. Never replace wear and tear as per contract for landlord. Needs to be replaced.
12. Kitchen sink totally blocked. Plumber found food waste been thrown inside when came to check.

Please share this so your friends will not be conned by this 3 ladies. Foreigners come to people country some more dare cheat and con us Malaysians. It's totally unacceptable.
