Damansara Holdings Berhad (DBhd) hosted an insightful online event that delved into the significant topics of Corporate Liability and the Main Offences of Corruption under the MACC Act 2009.

This impactful session, featuring a distinguished guest speaker, YBrs Tuan Ps Mohd Ihsan bin Anuar from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, explored key issues such as soliciting, offering, giving gratification, and the abuse of power. By understanding these important legal and ethical considerations, we reaffirmed our steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Sending a clear message of zero tolerance for corruption, the talk underscored the importance of cultivating a transparent, accountable work environment where ethical practices drive the company's success. This thought-provoking discussion has empowered us to say "NO" to corruption and champion integrity in everything we do as we continue to lead by example.

Remember, it's better to be a lifesaver than a spectator! Our team participated in a vital First Aid, CPR, and AED training session on 11-12 June 2024 at Dewan Perdana, Menara Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.

The program, officiated by Puan Azua binti Kamarudin (Group Chief Corporate Officer), included theory and practical sessions with interactive presentations, authentic images, video clips, and hands-on experience. We also had mock drills, scenario-based training, and group discussions.

Whether at work or home, we're better prepared to handle emergencies and potentially save lives.

A big thank you to the 30 participants who joined and made this program a success! Let's keep our workplace safe and ready!
