也有人说，留钱给孩子比留房产还好 😂。

我只可以说这些人眼光短浅，很难致富，也不会策划未来。

我们做人眼光要放远一点。

钱会贬值。十年前，60万可以买田字屋，十年后，60万也很难在新山买到排楼了。

留房产给孩子，好过留钱给孩子。因为钱可以一下子花光或者被人骗光。 房产有稳定的租金收入，孩子可以定时拿租金来维持生活 ，也比较难一夜之间被人骗光。
