SOLAR CCTV INSTALLATION FOR SAFETY AND MONITORING AT PINES RESIDENCE

As part of the continuous upgrading of the security system within the Pines Residence community, the Management has commenced the installation of solar-powered CCTV systems to enhance overall safety and area monitoring.

The installation will be carried out in phases across selected locations within the residence to ensure better surveillance coverage, improved security control, and a safer living environment for all residents.

We are proud to have successfully organized the Fire Safety Prevention Program at The Pines Residence in collaboration with the Pertubuhan Pencegah Kebakaran Kuala Lumpur-FIRE Preventors' Society. This program was conducted to raise awareness on the importance of fire safety and to ensure that residents remain alert, prepared, and able to respond effectively in the event of an emergency.
