1. What is the purpose of health check?
Under normal circumstances, a person will wait until symptoms of a disease appear before he considers seeing a doctor, by then, the disease has reached the clinical stage. However, for most of the chronic diseases, if detected before the clinical stage and given timely treatment, the therapeutic effect is far better than that of treatment given after symptoms have been detected; and chances of recovery are higher. If the disease is only detected at the clinical stage, more time and efforts are required for treatment, and chances of recovery are relatively low. The motto of health check is this- if a disease in a human body can be detected and treated even before it shows any symptoms, achieving "early detection, and early treatment”, therapeutic effectiveness will increase, and the disease can be prevented from deteriorating one’s health. In this way, good health is maintained for a longer period. In short, the purpose of health examinations
can be summarized as: (1) early detection of potential pathogenic factors to ensure timely treatment; (2) observation of the function response of each part of the body to ensure timely improvement; (3) good understanding of one’s own bodily functions and the initiative to alter bad lifestyle habits. We believe that "the body needs to be checked on a regular basis and this would enable health to be managed in a better way" Through health checks, it is possible to avoid the whole generation of risk factors and to make pivotal adjustments in some cases for a healthy lifestyle in order to ensure good health at all times.
2. Charges:
MJ Group provides membership services. A new member pays RM3168 for membership, the package includes first time examination fee, and thereafter he can further select disease detection or physical function examination and other service packages.

4. What advanced medical equipment will MJ Group have? Where will the health care workers come from mainly? Will there be any difficulty with Chinese communication? What is the status of the medical practitioners? Which country or college do the doctors graduate from?
Instruments, systems, and education programs are imported from Taiwan MJ; health care workers are mainly from Malaysia, and Chinese communication will not be a problem; the Ministry of Health of Malaysia must approve all the medical practitioners before they can practice in Malaysia.

7. Health checklist contains
MJ provides a comprehensive range of physical examination services for all age groups and does not provide any diagnostic and treatment services. Health check items include:
General health check (first generation health check): general health check items include ECG examination, abdominal ultrasound and upper gastrointestinal tract, abdomen and chest X-ray examination, etc., for the purposes of early detection, early prevention, and early treatment. In addition to arranging for physicians to summarize and explain the examination results, we also provide health management advice and the most complete health care. After the completion of the examination, a dietitian will specially design delicious standard meals based on your personal requirement of calories and give you a better understanding of requisites pertaining to daily calories and nutrient intake.
Second-generation health check = general health check + micro-physiological assessment:

1. 健康检查的目的为何？
在一般情况下，一个人都会等到疾病的症状已出现才会想到去找医师，其实那时的疾病已达到临床期了。然而，大部分的慢性疾病，若在临床期之前发现，就应及早治疗，治疗效果会远比症状显现后才治疗来得好，而且复原机率也比较高。 假若疾病到临床期才发现，所花费的时间与精力就会相对地增加，而且治愈率较低。做健康检查的精神即在于：趁着疾病潜在人体中但尚未有症状显现出来时，可以先检查出来加以治疗，期望能「早期发现，早期治疗」，增加医疗效果，减少疾病继续恶化，以期永保身体的健康。 总而言之，做健康检查的目的可归为下列三点： (1)早期发现潜在的致病因子，及时予以矫正治疗。 (2)观察身体各项功能反应，适时予以改善。 (3)强对自我身体机能的了解，改变不良的生活习惯。 我们相信：「身体需要检查，健康是可以管理」，透过健康检查，可以避免危险因子的产生，并调整健康的生活型态，以期永保健康。

7. 健检项目包含？
美兆集团主要为各个年龄层客户提供全面性的身体检查服务，不提供任何诊断及治疗服务。健检项目包含：
全身健康检查（一代健检）：全身健康检查项目包含心电图检查、腹部超音波及上肠胃道、腹部及胸部X光检查等，以达到早期发现早期预防与治疗的目的，除安排专业医师针对检查结果进行总结解说，亦提供健康管理咨询与最完整的健康照护。完成检查后，专业营养师将依个人所需热量，特别设计美味之标准餐，帮助客户用餐之余也能对于自身一日所需热量与营养素摄取有进一步的瞭解。
二代健检=全身健康检查+微生理评估：
疾病是生理失衡的结果，亚健康族群的小毛病：腰酸背痛、失眠、皮肤痒、经期不顺、肥胖等，都是功能失衡的结果。 只要「更早发现原因」就能「更早预防」。
