EXSIM Ipoh City Sdn Bhd, a member of EXSIM (“EXSIM”) has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Liew Yin Yin Land Sdn Bhd (“LYY”) and simultaneously entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with EXSIM Hospitality Berhad (“EHB”) for the development of 1.291 acres of land in Ipoh, Perak.
This strategic collaboration underscores its dedication to deliver transformative developments that create lasting value and contributes to the community by leveraging on Ipoh’s potential as a growing hub for tourism and business. With today’s momentous event, marks another milestone crossed for EXSIM.
