❇️3. 家庭收入RM5000或以上

❇️4. 家庭收入低于RM5000，必须拥有3位直属亲人作为担保人

❇️5. 申请者和担保人在申请时，不能有其他房贷

大马新的高速公路（Highway）即将开启了！！从吉隆坡开车出发到槟城再也不需要经过怡保，可以直接一条路直直去，很方便呢！！
据了解，这条新的Highway也就是西海岸大道（Lebuhraya Pantai Barat/West Coast Expressway）从Banting直通太平，前往槟城不需要经过怡保，更快更省时间！
从图表可以看到West Coast Expressway全长233公里，一旦开放后，将可以疏至南北大道的车流量，对于在Klang Valley地区的驾驶者，回去北马家乡的路程将大大缩短，例如从Teluk Intan前往Klang的时间将会从目前的2小时45分缩短至1小时30分！
目前尚未全面完工，部分路段和收费站还正在施工中！预计将会在不久的将来和大家见面，到时大家就可以更快速到达槟城啦！
