We are proud to share that Livingston Tower has officially been awarded the PLATINUM GreenRE Certification under the Existing Non-Residential Category. ✨ We are the first existing mixed-use building in Penang to achieve this level of certification.

This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability - from installing EV charging bays to implementing energy-efficient upgrades throughout the building - all in support of creating a healthier, greener environment for our tenants and community.

Our sincere appreciation goes to DME Solutions, our green building consultant, for their guidance, and to our tenants, whose cooperation and support were instrumental in achieving this certification. Thank you to everyone who helped make this milestone possible.
