Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveyor or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) working experience in the construction industry.

All the surveying works from setting out site works in accordance to drawing
verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

Establish control station with reference to Government Benchmark or licensed surveyor certified benchmark.

Maintain and update all survey records and registers responsible include performing land surveying for all the projects and when requires by the project department.

Prepare shop drawings & as-built drawings and occasionally you may require to perform drafting.

Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior
Possess good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.

We are looking for a skilled Network Technician to undertake tasks of network development and maintenance. You will be responsible for optimising network performance. An analytical mindset will be essential for effective troubleshooting and improving the network’s functions. The goal is to create and sustain a well-functioning and reliable network to ensure the unobtrusive operation of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Good experience Network monitoring, remote administration, configuration, trouble shooting, setup, deployment, IP Schema, IP Protocol, Knowledge/experience of High-end routers, network switches & access point (AP)
• Installation and deployment of network infrastructure, network firewall, load balancer, network backup, IP allocation, VLAN creation, WANS/LAN management, VPN/MPLS management, Network architecture/design knowledge
• Sound knowledge in technologies like MPLS, routing, TCP/IP networking and switching
• Maintain, support and troubleshooting of IP SIP Telephony System, IP CCTV Surveillance Camera system, IP Door Access Interfacing system, SMATV system & PA system.
• To provide maintenance support of hardware include active directory server, IP door access controller, photocopier, CCTV server SMATV & PA Controller that supports the business applications and operations.

REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Computer/ Information Technology) and electronic engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in Network Engineering including a deep understanding of Windows Server architecture, Windows Virtualization, Networking, Backup Solutions, and Disaster Recovery
• Breadth of knowledge in the information security space with emphasis on TCP/IP network security, operating system security and IT network security (secure LAN, WAN, VLAN, MPLS, and secure network zoning and restricted network design).

Provide daily on-site progress updates.
Assist and handle any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), or equivalent.

Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
