i-Biaya 房屋融资计划 助 B40 与 M40 买房

财政部与房屋部联合推介三合一的房屋融资计划i-Biaya，协助B40低收入和M40中等收入群体居者有其屋。

i-Biaya可以协助无法拿出10%抵押金，没有薪水单和在头5年无法付还高贷款的人士取得购屋融资，这包括同样面对问题的国家运动员。

财政部长东姑赛夫鲁说，我的第一间房屋计划（SRP）今年高达59亿令吉的融资，预料可利惠2万5000名B40和M40的申请者。

“政府也通过拨款48亿令吉，承诺提供60万个就业保障来实践这项目标，并着重于为B40和M40，包括青年提供就业机会和提升技能来增加他们的收入。”

东姑赛夫鲁和房屋及地方政府部长拿督斯里利查马力肯是在一家酒店为i-Biaya计划主持推介礼上，致词时如是指出。

i-Biaya共涵盖3项计划，分别是总值20亿令吉的房屋信贷担保计划（SJKP）、大马国家按揭机构（Cagamas）提供的我的第一间房屋计划（SRP），以及一马房屋计划（PR1MA）的先租后买计划（RTO）。

财长也感谢26家银行的合作和对SRP计划的支持。

他说，自SRP启动到今年2月，约6万7000户家庭已经成功拥有了第一个梦想家园。

“SRP提供了高达148亿令吉的融资，其中91%受惠群体为B40，92%为35岁及以下的年龄层人士。

他说，首购房屋则利惠家庭月入不超过1万令吉者，以购买房价高达50万令吉的房屋。

此外，利查马力肯说，政府相信这项信贷计划可协助更多发展商建造更多的能负担房屋，因为大马国家按揭机构（Cagamas）和房屋信贷担保计划（SJKP）将会协助B40和M40群体获得融资以购买房屋。

他也说，发展商若有本身的融资配套也可与当局商量，以扩大i-Biaya计划，让更多人受惠。
