Dear all,
It is useful for all property owner/investors to stamp your Tenancy Agreement incase tenant might do any damages on yr property unit. Therefore only stamped agreement is valid to make police report & engage with lawyer for court case. Perhaps stamping the agreement will not cost us so much. Kindly refer below calculation ✅👇🏼
Formula stamping tenancy agreement
= rental price per month x 12 month / 250 x how many years tenant willing to rent (RM1 = 1years, RM2 = 2years, RM4 = 3years)
Example :-
= RM1300 x 12 month / 250 x RM2 (2yrs)
= RM124.80
*this calculation might not be truly accurate will have plus minus but not too much difference just ard RM10
*for second copy tenancy agreement the stamping cost will be charged only RM10
