This thought have been playing on the mind of Afiq who’s renting in Desa Putra, Wangsa Maju. The monthly rental was already RM2900/month for a four bedroom unit there.

疫情当前最辛苦的莫过于在前线奋战的工作人员，抗疫中还得为广大人民打疫苗。

我已经接种第一剂Covid-19疫苗。

Appointment 地点：PWTC。
打疫苗过程快速顺畅👍 服务一流，专业😘

2.25pm 进场✅
等侯区✅
填上2张同样的form ✅
去柜台认证身份& appointment ✅
询问医生，解说✅
3pm 准时打针💉✅
观察区✅
拿疫苗卡✅
3.15pm 回家 ✅

怕痛?怕打针😈？不到两秒钟就注射完毕，真没时间让你感觉痛😏。可以接着过去观察区。

本身打的是Az疫苗💉

打针回家过后我本身最快感觉到的是微头痛 ，其他照常没特殊情况，能吃能拉😜，一切OK🙋🏻‍♂️

都听说了打疫苗后需要休息，会累，生病等等。Okie !! 今晚选择早点睡，10.30pm左右入睡😴😴

大约12.30am++ 醒来，感觉到发冷发烧🤒️ 是时候吃点面包🍞吃Panadol 。醒来后当晚的确比较难再快速入眠，再加上人发冷不舒服，继续滚床吧🛏️。滚床到出满身大汗后，人舒服了自然入睡到天亮。

早上7.30pm吃早餐吃药，还是会发冷，退烧了。睡到11am++ ，明显好很多。1.30pm 吃午餐吃药，在家处理简单的工作，休息。直到晚上临睡前再吃药。隔天早上醒来，完全康复龙马精神💪🏼

跟平常生病发烧没差别，只是比较会发冷。全靠吃panadol康复了，那手臂打针部位还是会微痛4天左右。也没什么大碍🤭

我们大家要一起做好自己的本分，已经register的朋友请耐心等待，还没register的朋友赶紧到Mysejahtera注册注射疫苗！跟普通打针没太大差别😉

希望疫情赶快过去，让大家及前线人员早日回家与家人团聚！！一起遵守SOP 减轻医护人员的负担😷

基本房东需要付的费用

1）房子银行贷款 Morgage Loan (每个月还）
2）水电费 (每个月还）
3）物业费 Maintenance fee (每个月还）
4）门牌税 Assessment bill（每6个月还一次）
5）地税 Quit rent（一年一次）
6）排沟费 Indah water （每月Rm8)
7）公寓保险 insurance（一年一次）
