是不是想要买房很久的你，但是有所顾虑？还是准备想要买房的你，拜托先不要 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐏 掉，把这篇的 Post 耐心的看完！

最近我自己在case study，就回顾到一个2019年发生在脸书蛮轰动的事件。因此，我有多多少少有感触而发。（**PS: 很凶UNCLE砸屋事件🧐🧐）

虽然买房对我们来说是个沉重的负担，它至少是20年到35年不等，但是那要买房的你怎么找到合适的屋子呢？这里我有些总结，可以给你参考参考。

𝟏. 我们须先考虑自己的工作地点。再来依据自己的需要，工作地点与这间屋子的距离是否真的很靠近。
**（建议呢：就是未来的10年里可以不用搬）

𝟐.我们可以先规划这间屋子是由你自己或是与另一半一起贷款。
**（建议呢： 如果自己个人的资料是可以拿到贷款的话，那loan可以先用一人名字。这是最好的。）

𝟑. 我们必须要了解发展商的背景与史绩！虽然了解不同发展商的背景资料过程很冗长，多问多了解你肯定不会吃亏。

我们一定要先了解发展商！一定要先了解发展商！一定要先了解发展商！对，重要的事要重复3次！记得，不要为了贪图发展商的优惠，例如：high cash back、高回酬就冲去买，这样你会死到很难看！
**（建议呢：最好了解发展商2-3年之前或在这期间已起好的屋子的质量/口碑/屋子管理层等等）

𝟒. 如果可以的话，我们可以先提前跟银行review你的资料，你在那以后找屋子可以变得容易很多！
**（建议呢： 多询问几家银行，因为你可以对比看看。如有需要额外辅助的资料既可以帮助批款的话，也可以请教banker。）

𝟓. 还有就是，很多人一味地以为自己买的这屋子会铁定住一辈子！我们首要的考虑就是，哪天就算没住在这里了，这间屋子也可以很容易出租或是卖掉不赔钱、升值的那种！千万千万要记得!
**（建议呢：找可靠的agent帮你分析。千万别轻信别人，谁谁谁告诉你这个好、又谁谁谁说那个又多好，除非他们可以提供更多可靠的资料给你作为参考！要相信自己的判断。
我们一定要考虑到以后不住的情况下，你的屋子的地点是很抢手的，然后又多demand的，加上完善的管理层更让你屋子容易脱手! ）

Do you think how is your house look like 🧐?
For me, my ideal house, which would be full of natural light and surrounded by a lot of beautiful natural scene. To be honest, It is much peaceful atmosphere for me. I like simple, spacious, comfy and neat design, as example like muji style.

It would be the perfect place for me when I am in need of relaxation, and an escape from my heavy workload in the city. I would be able to enjoy the fresh air, and living there would be the perfect way to relieve stress.

Most of everyone living is based on own pockets ourself. It is something not right or wrong, even though I have to think that it is valid for both reasons.

I am not trying to force you to buy a house if you do not intent to buy it. Is it correct❓

I want let you know that you are right to make your choice. Do not load much pressure on yourself.

By the way, we have to know the pros and cons for both. No matter you want to buy or rent, it is depending on you. Because you are the one who pay for the money, not other else.

Let said if you are a homeowner, you have a freedom to make renovation, feel so cozy and safety 💯. If I am a tenant, I have to worry the house owner “kacau me” 😥 or even force me to move out due to owner want sell the house.

To be honest to say that we must always have an idea 🤔 about giving and taking. As an owner, we have to pay tax, maintenance fees, touch ups, services, security, renovations and etc.

As advice, do not let yourself too much pressure first. Ultimately, the choice is yours. You will be to know when you are ready to it. If you do know when to be ready, just follow me and I try to sharing with you.
