Official Notice

The Pinnacle Group and The Ipoh Pinnacle Group will be operating with minimal manpower from 19 to 29 March 2026. However, a standby technician will be available 24 hours during this festive season at all our sites.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish our Muslim friends Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri and extend our warmest holiday wishes to our non-Muslim friends.

Chinese New Year Holiday Closure Notice

Please be informed that The Pinnacle Group and The Ipoh Pinnacle will be closed for the Chinese New Year holidays from 14 February to 22 February 2026.

Our office will resume normal business operations on 23 February 2026 (Monday).

During this festive period, our Building Engineering Division will continue to operate as usual with minimal staff on standby to attend to any building-related emergencies, ensuring essential services remain uninterrupted.

The Pinnacle Group and The Ipoh Pinnacle Group will closed 25-28 December 2025 in conjunction with Christmas. However all our property engineering division and travel & tour division are operating as usual with minimum manpower.

Today marked our 14th anniversary. 14 years ago we began our journey on 11/11/11 at 11:11am and within a glimpse of eyes it’s has been 14 years, a remarkable year for all of us.

We regret to inform our valuable customers that with the recent government announcement of extended SST, all our divisions in The Pinnacle Group, The Ipoh Pinnacle and our transportation division (GE 1 and GE 2) will see price increase between 10-15%.

We have implemented e-invoicing as per the government recent requirement effective 1st of July.

Any inconvenience caused is much regretted but do rest assured that our increased are minimal after due consideration.

The Ipoh Pinnacle Group is providing First Aid and AED training to companies (Claimable under HRD) and individuals.

Certificates of completion and certification card will be issued upon successful completion of training and each certificate are valid for 2 years from issuance date. We also supply AED.
