-Responsible for all administrative task related to the property management of condominium.
-Establish strong relationship with residents, resolve problem arise from residents.
-Monitoring and managing contractor, guard, cleaner, supplier to ensure the building well maintain at all times.
-Dealing closely with building maintenance team, resolve matters arise and reporting issue arises to the management.
-Responsible to issue invoice billing, ensure monthly maintenance fees collected on timely manner and other management task of the condominium.
-Issue notice of meeting, arrange and participate in all the meeting including AGM, EGM, and committee’s meeting.
-Resolve residents’ complaints and follow up tribunal cases (if any).
-Responsible for the defect and damage found in the condo and resolve the issue arise efficiently.
-Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Required languages: English, Mandarin
- At least 3 Years of working experience in Property / Condominium or Clubhouse Management.
- Able to handle full set account, have accounting software knowledge.
- Responsible for administration and accounting task related to property management.
- Provide solution the residents' enquiry and provide excellence customer services to the residents.
- Supervise and solve all matters related to the condominium.
- Responsible for collection of charges and other admin duties as required.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Based at Condominium Management Office in Ipoh.
