A recap of last weekend’s architecture students trip to Lumut, Perak.

From site measurements, accessibility studies, contour observations, to truly feeling the environment and energy of the land — the students experienced the site beyond just drawings and maps.

This initiative by Silver Line Properties is part of our contribution back to society, especially towards education and nurturing future designers and architects.

Today marks an exciting collaboration between Silver Line Properties and Taylor’s University. 🌊🏡

We were honoured to welcome more than 100 architecture students from various countries for a unique design exploration experience. Together, the students will be conceptualising villa designs on a breathtaking sloping site overlooking the ocean — blending architecture, nature, landscape, and real-world challenges into one inspiring journey.

A meaningful step towards connecting education, creativity, and real development opportunities. ✨
