- Upkeep of building and defect works of complex building .

- Responsible for daily cleaning and clearing of complex public amenities and utility area.

- Review and implement best practice procedures (SOP) in regards to all operation matters for the malls.

- To service complex client's tenants and to assist Management Office for dispatching claim of maintenance fees etc.

- Expected salary RM2,000

- Working area in Ipoh, Perak,
