We have recently discovered that scammers are using fake REN business cards, pretending to be our negotiators, and attempting to deal with tenants/buyers fraudulently. In response to these incidents, we have already filed police reports. We hope the public remains vigilant about this issue.
To prevent any issues like this in the future, we encourage all tenants and buyers to follow these steps:
*Verify Agent Identity:* Always confirm the identity of the agent by contacting Ceiloz Realty directly.
*No Cash Transactions:* Avoid any cash transactions; all payments should be made via online payment methods.
*Company Account Transfers Only:* Ensure that all payments are transferred directly to Ceiloz Realty JH1 Sdn Bhd company account.
