JLand Group convened its Group Townhall 2026 at Persada International Convention Centre, Johor Bahru, bringing together our people across the Group, both physically and virtually.
More than just a townhall, it was a platform to align our people on JLG’s progress, priorities and direction ahead as OneJLG.
The session reflected how far JLG has grown in scale, ambition, capability and confidence, driven by the collective efforts of our people across all functions, roles and levels. It also reminded us that growth is not measured by performance alone. It is seen in how our people feel heard, supported and empowered to contribute to JLG’s next chapter.
The townhall also marked the official launch of EPIC, JLG’s brand culture that brings our 4Cs to life through everyday behaviours:
