A proud moment for JLG Integra Berhad at Konvensyen Kontraktor 2026 in Butterworth, Penang.

Led by Tun Masri Abu Bakar, Managing Director of Integrated Community Solutions, JLG Integra contributed its industry expertise to the development of the Construction Industry Standard (CIS) 33:2026: Facility Management Good Practice Guide by CIDB Malaysia.

This collaboration reflects the experience and capability within JLG Integra in supporting the continued growth and maturity of Malaysia’s facilities management industry.

The guide supports more consistent and recognised practices in facilities and asset management across the construction industry.

JLG has signed an MoU with Hung Yen Group, a member of KBC, to explore high-tech industrial park development in Vietnam. The collaboration builds on our experience through IBTEC, where STeP serves as its data centre and digital infrastructure nucleus.
