DEPARTMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (DOSH) JOHOR VISITS RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEM LINK (RTS LINK) PROJECT IN JOHOR BAHRU
The Rapid Transit System Link (RTS Link) Project received a delegation from the Department of Occupational Safety and Health Johor on May 24, 2023. The delegation was led by Mr. Husdin bin Che Amar, accompanied by Mr. Jamadi bin Yusup, the Director and Deputy Director of DOSH Johor respectively.
Upon arrival, the delegates visited the RTS Link Project Information Centre (PIC) in Menara JLand and were briefed on the current progress of the RTS Link Project by Project Director, Ir. Zulkifli Mohamed. Accompanying him is the Director of Standard and Compliance Division, Mr. Azhar Sofah, presenting the 3D Digital Master Plan Model using hologram technology, followed by an interactive Hawkeye 360 Project Overview.
The delegates then paid a working visit to the RTS Link Marine Viaduct project site to observe the development of the project.
The cross-border transit link is scheduled to be completed by December 2026. Once operational, the RTS Link offers seamless cross-border convenience for commuters and able to move 10,000 passengers per hour in each direction.
