先看墙身、地砖、天花、采光、通风和排水。

装修可以改，
但如果屋子的基本条件不够厚，
后面花的钱会更多。

更容易检查真实屋况。

此外，也附上关于 BKJ 第4阶段的简要常见问题（FAQ），内容涉及乐龄人士及家庭主妇，以方便符合资格的受惠者进行查询、上诉及申请手续。

符合资格者将收到 SMS /电话通知领取援助金的日期，时间和地点。
