Dengan jumlah Pelaburan sebanyak RM320,000 untuk mendapatkan sebidang Tanah Kebun kelapa sawit. apa yang kita akan perolehi.

Potensi kebun kelapa sawit berkeluasan 5 ekar dan pokok berusia 10 tahun boleh dianggarkan dengan mengambil kira beberapa faktor asas seperti:
- Hasil purata seekar
- Harga semasa tandan buah segar (TBS) &
- Kos Operasi.

Pokok sawit berusia 10 tahun biasanya berada pada peringkat matang dan menghasilkan hasil yang optimum.

✅ Anggaran Hasil Buah Kelapa Sawit
Purata hasil seekar: 20–25 tan TBS setahun (untuk pokok matang berusia 9–18 tahun)

Jadi untuk 5 ekar:
= 5 ekar × 20–25 tan = 100–125 tan setahun

✅ Anggaran Pendapatan Tahunan
Harga semasa TBS (bergantung pada lokasi dan gred): RM500–RM800 per tan (purata kasar RM650/ton sebagai contoh)

Pendapatan kasar setahun:
= 100–125 tan × RM650
= RM65,000 – RM81,250 setahun

✅ Anggaran Pendapatan Bulanan
= RM65,000 ÷ 12 bulan = ~RM5,417
= RM81,250 ÷ 12 bulan = ~RM6,770

✅ Anggaran Kos Operasi Tahunan (anggaran umum)
Baja, racun, penuaian, gaji pekerja dll: RM5,000–RM10,000 setahun (bergantung pada pengurusan dan lokasi)

✅ Pendapatan Bersih (anggaran)
RM65,000 – RM10,000 = RM55,000 bersih

RM81,250 – RM10,000 = RM71,250 bersih

Kesimpulan:
Kebun kelapa sawit 5 ekar dengan pokok berusia 10 tahun berpotensi menghasilkan sekitar 100–125 tan TBS setahun, dengan pendapatan kasar antara RM65,000 hingga RM81,250, dan pendapatan bersih sekitar RM55,000–RM71,250 setahun, bergantung pada harga pasaran dan kos operasi.

When these sensors detect any earthquake activity, they send a signal to an external air compressor located outside the house. This compressor then pumps compressed air into an earthquake-resistant foundation installed beneath the house, raising it above the ground and providing protection.

In more recent developments, architects have been exploring the potential of magnetic levitation technology for use in construction. While this technology is already in use for Japan's high-speed bullet trains, it has yet to be applied to buildings. Although the concept of floating homes remains in the realm of ideas for now, Japan's history of innovation suggests that they could be at the forefront of pioneering this trend.
