刚好在想换大一点的屋子？

我一定要跟你介绍Tmn Perling区里面的Tmn Sutera, 有一区新建的半独立洋房。

我从小在这里生活，所以对这区非常熟悉。

交通很方便，因为从Sutera这里去哪里都很少交通灯。上Pasir Gudang Highway，去 Mount Austin，去Tuas,去新山，去Woodlands checkpoint都很方便。

吃的用的也很容易买到。Perling出名的槟城炒果条，Nasi Lemak, 鸡饭，云吞面，早餐店真的是很方便，3-5分钟就会到。Perling 巴刹又靠近，东西也多。要去有冷气的Aeon, Tesco走走也是5-7分钟。

小孩子要去读书也有培华小学，距离5分钟，Perling中学3-5分钟，全部近近啦：）

讲到这里的屋子最开心。分成3种，40X80,45x80,45x100。那个主人房是大到。。。。客房三间都很大，非常适合一家人居住。屋子的设计也很实际，不需要花大钱敲敲打打，可以直接简单设计然后入住。

买屋子给家人我个人喜欢是室内够宽敞，环境安全又宁静，更好是有较多的绿色植物。这里真的都有，绿意盎然。。。

讲到价格，你们pm我。头期大概RM40k上下，值得买的理由就是这个环境，这种宽敞的尺寸跟设计，在这个地点是不可多得的。比起市场上很多的半独立式，这里绝对值得！
