Successfully conducted the AGMs at Tebrau City Residences and Camellia Residence.

At Tebrau City Residences, we successfully achieved a fair and balanced allocation of maintenance fees between the residential and commercial components of this mixed development.

At Camellia Residence, several amendments to the house rules were approved, including the introduction of a 100% smoke-free policy in common areas, prioritizing the well-being of all residents.
