Unlike landed homes, high-rise living comes with unique challenges , multiple floors, shared corridors, and the critical rule: never use the lift during a fire.

Today, our Management team conducted a fire drill for the residents of Molek Pine 3. We practiced safe evacuation using the stairwells, identified designated assembly points, and reviewed how to respond calmly if an alarm sounds in the middle of the night.

A big thank you to all residents who participated. Your cooperation and awareness help make our vertical community a safer place to call home.

🔥 Remember: In a high-rise, know your nearest staircase, keep exit routes clear, and always follow evacuation instructions.
